Objective

To provide opportunities for the teachers, researchers, academicians and higher education students to publicize and disseminate their researches and creative works to the public and interested persons.
To open the opportunities for the teachers, researchers, academicians and higher education students to exchange their academic knowledge, research experiences and ideas and research progress.
To upgrade, develop, nationalize and internationalize the quality of researches and creative works dissemination produced by the Faculty’s teachers, researchers, academicians and students.

Review & Decision Process

Reviewing will be blind, and every submission will receive at least three expert reviews. In this process, authors do not know who reviews their papers and reviewers do not see author names.
After the reviews are released to authors, they will have the opportunity to revise the paper at that time.
After final reviewing, program chairs will make one of the following decisions for every paper:
- Reject
- Accept to Conference Proceedings.
Authors will upload their final versions to RTBEC2023 by the camera-ready deadline.
